You will receive an order acknowledgement email very shortly after completing your order. This will give you a unique customer number (a 12 digit code) and all the details you need to manage your subscription.

delicious. is published once a month. Your subscription will start with the next available issue (unless you select a future start date - this is an option at step 2 of the ordering process).


Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery to Europe and 5-7 working days to the rest of the world.

Depending on when we receive your order in the mailing cycle, your first copy will arrive between 2 to 6 weeks after you have placed your order online (in the UK). Please allow extra days if we are mailing your copy abroad. For digital subscriptions you will get access to the current issue usually within 24 hours of subscribing.

No, your magazine will be delivered by normal post.

If your original order was by Direct Debit you do not need to renew your subscription. Payment will automatically be made every year on your current price until we advise you otherwise.

If you ordered a subscription using a cheque or credit/debit card, we will send you a reminder by email and letter - giving you plenty of time to renew ahead of your final issue.

If you would like to renew your subscription please click here and enter your name and customer number and the promotion code printed on your renewal letter.

Remember - the information you need to manage your subscription will be on your original Order Confirmation Email or your Welcome Letter.

If you pay by Direct Debit your subscription will automatically renew. If you pay by cheque or credit/debit card, we will send you a renewal notice in plenty of time so that you have a chance to renew without missing any issues. Your subscription end-date will be shown on the renewal letter.

Please give us as much notice as possible so that we can update our records in time for your moving date - at least a week if you can.

If you pay for a subscription using any non-Sterling currency, the price you pay will be dependent on the exchange rate of your credit card company or PayPal and may fluctuate.

Customers with a UK bank account have the option to subscribe by Direct Debit. Depending on the offer, your payments will be spread into easy, manageable 3, 6 or 12 issue payments.

If you decide to pay by Direct Debit you will never need to worry about renewing your subscription again. Direct Debit is a continuous payment method but you are in complete control of your subscription and covered by the terms of the Direct Debit Guarantee:

  • The Guarantee is offered by all banks and building societies that accept instructions to pay Direct Debits
  • If there are any changes to the amount, date or frequency of your Direct Debit Eye To Eye Media Ltd will notify you (normally 10 working days) in advance of your account being debited or as otherwise agreed. If you request Eye To Eye Media Ltd to collect a payment, confirmation of the amount and date will be given to you at the time of the request
  • If an error is made in the payment of your Direct Debit, by Eye To Eye Media Ltd or your bank or building society, you are entitled to a full and immediate refund of the amount paid from your bank or building society
  • If you receive a refund you are not entitled to, you must pay it back when delicious. asks you to
  • You can cancel a Direct Debit at any time by simply contacting your bank or building society. Written confirmation may be required. Please also notify Eye To Eye Media Ltd.

Continuous Credit/Debit Card payments are where we take the money from your chosen card on a recurring basis and your subscription will renew automatically for the period stated on your order confirmation. Like Direct Debits, continuous card payments provide a convenient way for you to pay for your subscription and are usually cheaper than one-off payments. If there are any changes to the amount of your payment, Eye To Eye Ltd will notify you 10 working days in advance of your account being debited or as otherwise agreed. You have the right to cancel your continuous card payment and must do this at your bank and/or with ourselves. Please advise us if you receive a new card as important details may have changed and may affect future subscription payments

If your subscription offer included a free gift, this will be sent out separately from your copy of delicious. Please allow up to 28 days for your gift to arrive. Should your gift not arrive within 28 days please email our customer services team at delicious@subscription.co.uk giving your name and address details and your customer number (a 12 digit code found on your order confirmation) if you have it.
