Start issue

All subscriptions will start with the next available issue unless requested or stated otherwise in the promotion you have responded to.

Free gifts with subscription

Free gifts (where applicable) will be sent separately from the magazine. Please allow 28 days for delivery. Free gifts are always sent to the person paying for the subscription (unless otherwise stated). All free gifts are subject to stock availability. If stock runs out, we reserve the right to offer an alternative and to close specific promotions without notice. Free gifts are only available to UK based customers.

Refund Policy

You can cancel your subscription by contacting customer services on +44(0) 1858 438424 to receive a refund on any unmailed issues. If you have received a free gift with your subscription, you will not be able to cancel within the first term of the subscription. If you have responded to a particular promotion, please also check the associated details for any other specific terms and conditions that may apply.
